Conor Gallagher had a heavenly breakout season in the Championship last season, sparkling at Charlton prior to being moved up to Swansea in January.
This year he ventured up to the Premier League and has looked extraordinary at West Brom – however Chelsea won’t rehash their stunt of pursuing for a January redesign.
He will remain at West Brom for the remainder of the mission notwithstanding their battles, since it’s unmistakable new chief Sam Allardyce can rely on him.

I’m told Conor Gallagher is expected to stay at West Brom for the rest of the season. He’s often stood out in a struggling team and, just as importantly from Chelsea’s perspective, the change from Slaven Bilic to Sam Allardyce hasn’t negatively impacted his minutes #CFC #WBA
It appears to add up. While it’s enticing to attempt to improve group – Brighton or West Ham for instance – he is by all accounts onto something worth being thankful for in the Midlands and is playing each week.
We should not leave ideal alone the adversary of good here – he will emerge from this season a superior player, and that is what is important.
